I have assisted numerous clients in purchasing and selling property on the Outer Banks over the past 17 years. My favorite past times are Beachcombing for that rare piece of seaglass, horse back riding in Kitty Hawk Woods, fishing whether from my boat or off the beach, and watching our beautiful sunsets over the water. I am not a true native, but have had the luxury to have been raised up on the Outer Banks. Over the years, I have seen a lot of changes to our area, but the fact remains our pristine beaches, great fishing, family friendly atmosphere and a genuine hospitality shown among the locals makes our area an enjoyable place to visit and live.
